The hotel's location in the city center is surprisingly peaceful despite being very close to everything. The rooms have a bathroom for persons with disabilities, yet they were disappointing with visible dust and dead bugs on the walls. The service was top-notch and incredibly helpful, especially Jasmine and Angela who went above and beyond to enhance our stay. The hotel's unbeatable location makes it easy to explore Palermo on foot, with major sites just minutes away. Unfortunately, the dining experience was subpar, resembling an 'all you can't eat' setup and not well-maintained, but the Italian products were a redeeming factor.
